Tricycle Fun

Cameron can't drive it himself yet but he delighted in being able to hitch a ride with Liv. : )

Pentagons or Pigeons?

Bella was showing me her math work. She drew something in a pentagon. I said, "Oh, you drew a bird?" She said, "It's a pigeon." Then she pointed at the instructions that said, "Draw a pentagon." The next set of instructions was to draw another pentagon next to it. She pointed at those instructions and  said, "See, I drew another one (pigeon) beside it because it said to!" ;-D

I love poblano peppers!

This is in the oven and I'm excited! I hope it's as good as I expect it to be! I'm serving it with rice, corn on the cob, garlic bread, and then Strawberry Shortcake.

Cameron's Antics

We were talking over dinner about some funny things Cameron does. Here are some of the things we mentioned:
Sometimes he growls and attacks us. This morning he did it to me and was cracking himself up. He grabbed my shirt with his teeth and said, "I'm a lion!" Sometimes he accidentally gets skin when he does this and it hurts! :-o
Bailey was trying to remember how potatoes are grown and after talking about how they grow in the ground I mentioned that they also have eyes. I said, "Potatoes have eyes." Cameron looked down, pointed at his Thomas the Train shirt and said, "Choo choos have eyes!!" I thought it was pretty funny. ;-)
The boy is keeping us on our toes and bringing lots of laughter. Right now he is really taking to Molly, calls her "his" dog, and pulls her around everywhere on her leash. We are trying to teach him to not poke her eyes, pull her tail...The dog really is a longsuffering little thing. Sometimes she runs away from him and dreads those toddler hands reaching for her. :)
